data/ 디렉터리 git 추적 제외 (.htaccess 인덱스 제거)

.gitignore 에는 이미 data/ 가 등록되어 있으나 data/.htaccess
한 파일이 이전부터 트래킹되고 있어 배포본에 함께 포함되던 문제 정리.
디스크 파일은 그대로 두고 인덱스에서만 제거.
