정책 버전 snapshot 모달의 본문 페이지 링크가 /{{slug}} 로 조합되어
페이지 모듈(sirsoft-page) URL 패턴 /page/{slug} 와 불일치해 404가
발생하던 문제를 수정. 쿠키 배너의 동일 링크와 조합 방식을 통일했다.
회귀 검증을 위해 GDPR 플러그인에 Playwright E2E 인프라를 최초 도입.
